Leasing Agent

Ed works with Summerhill as the leasing agent, showing properties to prospective tenants and facilitating move-in to the property. His favorite part of his job is the personal interaction with the people he meets.
Natasha Bueno
Director of Operations

Coordinates day-to-day operations with a focus on repairs, vendor communication, and accounting support. Works closely with tenants, property owners, and vendors to keep things running smoothly - from managing repair requests and scheduling vendors to assisting with various accounting needs. Committed to clear communication, strong relationships, and creating a seamless experience for both owners and tenants.
Chris Berwick
Accounting and Technology Manager
Chris, Teri’s son, has worked for Summerhill Property Management for the last 15 years leading the technological improvements at Summerhill. Chris has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Taxation.
Randy Spickler
Tech Advice and Onsite Inspections
Randy has joined Summerhill to oversee our yearly inspections, as well as the move in/move out inspections. With his tech background, he'll also be working with us on Internet security and continued monitoring of our Internet presence. We're excited to have him join the team!

Don Jensen has been in the Real Estate business for over 30 years and has experience in all phases of the business including new home sales, re-sales, land development, investment properties and tax-free exchanges. He is a graduate of University of California at Santa Cruz. He lives in south Santa Clara county and does business throughout the entire county.
